Who we are

What we collect
When you send a booking request we receive what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, your dates, number of guests, room preference and message. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request and, if you book, to arrange your stay. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.
How it reaches us
The form sends your request to our inbox by email, using Google's email service. The website itself runs on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages securely.
How long we keep it
We keep booking correspondence for as long as we need it for your stay and for our legal and accounting obligations, and delete it after that.
Google Maps
Our location page shows a Google map only after you choose to load it. Google then receives data such as your IP address under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of North Macedonia.
