Villa Mal Sveti Kliment is an exclusive 4* villa, privately owned B&B accommodation, located near the entrance of the old city of Ohrid called Lower Gate, in a quiet alley away from the traffic but just a 50 to 100 steps from the lake and the most exclusive cafés and restaurants.

From our villa, guests have a rare opportunity to enjoy the marvelous views of the Ohrid lake, the quay and the harbor.

We have eight rooms, four of them are studio apartments with sleeping and seating area, 2+2 beds and a balcony with excellent view at the lake, port and the square.

Two rooms 2+1 beds, one room with 2 beds, and of course our penthouse suite.

The villa is equipped with central floor heating with individual temperature regulating.

From Villa Mal Sveti Kliment, the view of Lake Ohrid is beyond description. On a sunny day, the glassy water shimmers and reflects the image of the snow-peaked mountains behind it. My suite on the hotel's top floor had a million-dollar view that I would wake up to each morning and stare at for hours. Besides the best views in town, the hotel also has an excellent location, just steps away from the lake and Ohrid city center. My stay at the hotel was extremely relaxing as I would skip out of the hotel to the nearby churches and monuments to explore and then hop back to enjoy the sunset. Although the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, breakfast is served warm and steamy in the room. Overlooking the lake, I would enjoy my fresh-from-the-oven pastry along with a rich, thick fruit juice and get ready for the day ahead. The next time I'm back in Macedonia, I'm definitely coming back to this hotel to stay longer and enjoy Ohrid at its best. Reply

We stayed at Villa Mal Sveti Kliment for the first week of our trip in Macedonia and stayed on for a further 5 days at the end of overseas trip to relax and unwind. The views from the balcony are extraordinary, beautiful picturesque Lake Ohrid, shimmering crystal blue waters, mountains surrounding the landscape, to wake up to each morning is paradise. The rooms are well appointed and luxurious, bathroom modern, and a huge breakfast served in the room every morning. The staff are amazing, accommodated our every need and felt like was staying with family, kind and extremely helpful The location was excellent, just metres away from the main square and the lake and with the beautiful old sveti Kliment church directly opposite, felt like it was heaven. I would recommend the Villa to any traveller, it felt like 5 star accommodation and service, the staff communicate well in English as well, If we travel to Macedonia again, am absolutely going to be staying there again and recommending it to friends and family Thank you to all of the staff for looking after us Reply

This hotel has an excellent record in all regards. It deserves its reputation. The staff are marvelous, the rooms exceptionally comfortable, the breakfasts more than adequate and the location perfect... a few steps to one of the most beautiful lakes I have ever seen.I would be very happy to go there again and again.
